Great play here by Leo.  Guy hauls junk for a living but isn’t a dirtbag by taking the money.  Not much else to say about it but nice to know there are still people like this out there.

On another note though – what’s the threshold for having to return money?  I guess technically any amount you’re supposed to try and return but how does it work?  I mean $1 – $25 I can’t say I’m looking for the owner.  Then I’m pretty sure $25+ you’re trying to find the owner but then expecting a reward, right?  Can’t be the only one that thinks that.  I’d love to hear another theory on this.
